A little color. A new perspective.

Five colors, endless possibilities. Select a color to copy its HEX.
A minimal all-season beauty-packaging palette built from three blue values and two true neutrals for a pump bottle, carton, and refill detail.
The feeling
A vertical product-name panel aligns with a pump-bottle cap seam while a small refill indicator sits beside the size line
Explore this palette ↓A narrow neutral label runs down a blue bottle and meets the cap seam at one precise line. Refill Blue creates a pale selected panel beside the size line, while Cap Seam Blue reduces the closure to one dark structural mark.
Label Ink carries Product name, Refill, and Size across the package front and detail card. The three blue values establish field, selection, and seam; the two neutrals handle text and label paper.
Use Bottle Blue for the package background with Label Ink for the product name and detail-card text. Build the primary Label Paper panel in light neutral with Label Ink text.
Treat Refill Blue as the pale selected-refill highlight with Label Ink text. Use Cap Seam Blue for the narrow seam or a compact dark indicator with Label Paper text. The 56/30/14 ratio means 56% Bottle Blue background, 30% Label Paper primary surface, and 14% Refill Blue highlight; Cap Seam Blue remains a narrow accent outside the surface split.
Label Ink reaches 5.31:1 on Bottle Blue, 13.35:1 on Label Paper, and 11.34:1 on Refill Blue. It reaches only 1.27:1 on Cap Seam Blue, so that pairing fails normal- and large-text AA. Use Label Paper on Cap Seam Blue instead at 10.52:1.
Keep Product name, Refill, and Size visible as words beside their rules or values. Preserve the exact solid colors and keep the dark cap seam narrow so the package remains restrained.
A considered balance
Use Bottle Blue as the package field with Label Ink text. Build Label Paper as the primary vertical label with Label Ink, and set Refill Blue as the selected highlight with Label Ink. Keep Cap Seam Blue to a narrow seam or compact indicator with Label Paper text. Preserve the original solid, full-opacity HEX colors and a 56/30/14 background-primary-highlight surface ratio.
Start with a generous background, introduce your primary color, then use the highlight sparingly. The ratios are a guide for large surfaces, not a fixed recipe.

Background · Primary · Highlight. Use text and accent colors where their roles call for them.
Recommended text on accent
The original text has low contrast (1.27:1). This example uses Label Paper (#ECECEA) from the same palette instead of #202326 on #18345D, improving contrast to 10.52:1. This meets WCAG AA for normal text.
Contrast is calculated for these specific pairs. Large text means at least 24 px regular or about 18.7 px bold. Check every pairing in your final design.

Keep Cap Seam Blue to a narrow seam or compact indicator with Label Paper text. Preserve the original solid, full-opacity HEX colors and a 56/30/14 background-primary-highlight surface ratio. Avoid: Label Ink fails normal- and large-text AA on Cap Seam Blue at 1.27:1. Use Label Paper there at 10.52:1. Keep Product name, Refill, and Size written beside their indicators. Use approximately 56% background, 30% primary, and 14% highlight across large surfaces. These ratios are a starting point, not a rigid rule. Use text and accent colors according to their roles. Keep the original HEX values. Choose readable text/background pairings without silently changing the palette. Do not introduce unrelated colors.

Text/background contrast: 5.31:1. This is one measured pair, not a guarantee for the whole palette. Check every actual text/background pairing against WCAG AA. Prefer readable combinations from the original colors, keep visible keyboard focus, and never communicate state through color alone. If no original pairing meets the requirement, propose a separately labeled derived color with its original HEX, proposed HEX, purpose and measured contrast. Never overwrite the source palette.
This guide preserves the original HEX values. Review the output before using it.
